With more and more organisations digitising their services and operations in response to the pandemic, digital transformation has become critical for longevity and success.

The instinct might be to buy up big in technology, but as this HBR article contends, you’re better off investing in people who can drive true change and innovation.

Without people that are adaptable, curious, flexible and open-minded, technology can’t be harnessed in a way that makes it truly useful and impactful. Creativity and human insight can’t be automated, and that shouldn’t be forgotten when planning your next strategic move.
