About
Louise Berger
Project Manager
Louise is an empathetic and mindful project manager with a decade of experience managing, delivering and facilitating human-centred design, research and strategy projects.
Louise takes a flexible approach to project management, unconstrained by a particular methodology. She applies tailored combinations of tools and rituals that work best for the project, the client and the team at hand. She aims to support and create structure around the often creative and ambiguous process of research and design to deliver the best and most useful project outcomes.
During her time at Paper Giant, Louise has managed the co-design of a strategic narrative to bring cohesion to Victoria’s diverse biosecurity system for the Victorian State Government. She has worked on numerous health and aged care projects with clients such as Family Safety Victoria and Beyond Blue, including co-designing with youth to support better mental health outcomes in Arabic-speaking communities. Louise is experienced in supporting large digital projects, such as Questacon’s website discovery and redesign, and the Digital Transformation Agency’s Future State Nominees project.
Louise holds a Bachelor of Communication Design, specialising in Graphic Design and has worked as a freelance creative delivering graphic and communication design over print and digital platforms. She is an active volunteer and lends her skills to organisations committed to civil rights, social action and animal welfare.
