By understanding where your team’s innovation capability is more or less developed, you can take action and fill skills gaps.
Evaluation Framework
The framework allows us to provide an accurate assessment of your organisation’s capability across three innovation pillars: Sensing, Connecting and Acting.
- Sensing is about how well you understand the context of your users and the innovation ecosystem.
- Connecting is about how well you link people and opportunities to see what works.
- Acting is about how well you move from ideas to action, and your capacity to learn along the way.
The Innovation Maturity Evaluation Framework allows you to pinpoint where your organisation is performing at a level above or below what is expected.
The framework has been developed based on our experience supporting hundreds of organisations in both the public and private sector to increase their innovation maturity.
We found the results from the audit really insightful, especially to quickly see individual thinking of our work and where we needed to focus our efforts.
