Blaise Palmer

Blaise is a delivery specialist with 20 years of experience in finance, project and program management. She is a rare breed — moving from process to numbers to people with ease, all with an eye for detail and a collaborative soul. Her expertise lies in digital delivery, working on large-scale multi-language and multi-regional platforms, applications, digital transformation programs, and an extensive range of human-centred digital products and services.

As our Delivery Director, Blaise oversees our delivery practice. She directs the planning, delivery and success of our client work by creating and managing delivery strategies and methodologies that best suit each organisation and project.

Blaise takes a creative approach to project management and emphasises transparency amongst project teams and clients. She folds her clients into the project team to ensure their needs are confidently met. She employs agile delivery methods that emphasise collaboration between interdisciplinary teams and allows for continuous feedback, evaluation and adjustment. With this approach, she fosters nimble iterations that enable projects to evolve organically.

Blaise believes that technology can improve people's lives by democratising access to information and critical services. She is heartfelt in her belief that including affected people in the design process through effective co-design and user testing leads to better outcomes and better societies.
